February 25, 2019Roaches, cats, no access to a mail box(been here for 3 months still no mail box). Nothing gets fixed if you have a problem. I’d rather live in a Marine Corps barracks room. November 20, 2015No maintenance program whatever, you will wait months for repairs !!! Property manager only concerned about getting vacancies ready and lack of concern for tenants issues !!! She scams on the vacancies that our ready supposedly to keep her numbers up !!! No park or pool and outrageous prices !!! Non tenants living here when not on individuals leases !!! Roaches are available on sight, mildew and mold probably in every apartment !!! Local pusher on premises !!! Property manager is knowledgeable of ...everything that is stated !!! August 21, 2015I love living next to my grandsons elementary school. It is a magnet school. Iam on the bus line and near the navy base and stores. It is pet friendly anb has a great laundry room that is washer and dryer ready. The middle school is also behind the elementery school. I live in a one bedroom and one bathroom.
