June 28, 2024I wish I could give them zero star!! I was dealing with a problem of having a mouse in my unit and the irresponsible management did nothing!!! No Parking, but Great on Inside
November 1, 2020Heron Springs has a lot of things that I enjoy. The apartments are updated, the prices are manageable, it's pet friendly, and the maintenance crew has always been prompt. My primary issue with Heron Springs is that parking is atrocious and it is not monitored at all. They have far more housing units than they do available parking spaces. Their parking lots are extremely small and on many occasions, I have had to park several buildings away from my unit, on the other side of the apartment ...complex, because there were no available spaces. The disappointing thing about this is that Heron Springs even has garages available to renters, and with surface lots and garages, there's still such a stunning lack of available parking. It's so bad that people routinely park illegally in the handicap spots. As I said, there isn't enough parking and it isn't monitored, so people just do whatever they want and it's frustrating. I don't think this should be a dealbreaker for any prospective renters, but if you're more than 1 car household I would suggest to get a garage in order to have readily-available parking near your unit. While minor, the other things that have me dissatisfied is that they do not offer recycling and that the property managers could have better communication with renters. For example for a couple weeks there was construction on the road at the main entrance of Heron Springs. It caused a headache, but I never received a word from Heron Springs notifying about this or a timeline for when it should be fixed. Recently, the trash area was also closed off because it was under construction. I walked bags of my trash to the dumpster and had to walk back to my apt with them, because it was all roped off. I'd appreciate simple e-mail communication keeping us in the loop with issues/construction/FYI's. To elaborate more on what I enjoy, the apartments are updated. It's all central air/heat instead of window units. The kitchens have dishwashers and garbage disposals. Washer/dryer in unit. There's a lot of different unit layouts to choose from. I found the Heron Springs website to be incredibly helpful when I was apartment hunting as other apartments don't always have that information readily available. There's a good amount of storage in the apartments as well - coat closet/pantry when you walk in, linen closet in the bathroom, and the utility room. Overall good experience. AMAZING OFFICE STAFF!
October 13, 2020My girlfriend & I Moved here in March of 2019! This place is unbelievable. The office is staff - Abbey, Tammi & Nicole are always so friendly and able to help out the residents with whatever they need. Highly recommend
August 14, 2020My family has lived at Heron Spring for 7 years, the only reason we are moving is because we purchased a house. The office staff are friendly and are willing to resolve any problems that might occur. The office was always keeping the tenants informed in was was going on in the complex, for example, they would have pool; parties and sometimes would have a drive-thru breakfast on your way to work. Best apartments in Stow!
November 5, 2019Heron Springs has been amazing in many ways since I first came in looking to relocate to a different area in Stow. They offer many great floor plans, and the units are well maintained, and have a modern feel. Some units also offer beautiful scenery views. The office staff has been AMAZING and very welcoming, especially the assistant manager, Tami who has went above and beyond to make what I wanted a reality! These apartments are in a great area with many stores and food options within walking ...distance. The pool, hot tub and gym are also a bonus. Can be better
October 30, 2018Have lived here for 1 and half years now. The apartments are good and reasonably priced. The technical staff and office workers can do better. My Air conditioning has not been working for over 2 weeks now and their advise to me is "open the windows" as they cant have it fixed until next summer. Cannot recommend until they have better management and technical staff.Review from Apartments.com

May 25, 2018My husband and I have lived here for 4 years. The maintenance guys are great. They preform their jobs and then ask what else they can do for you. The snow removal here is second to none, with the crew on top of it continuously.
