Our apartments are located in Hickman, NE just a few minutes south edge of Lincoln. Our property is located directly off of Hickman's expansive trail system with just a 5-minute tree lined walk to the city park. We are also less than 5 minutes from Wagon Train and Stagecoach Lakes. Our apartments are modern and convenient, furnished with all appliances.     I truly feel at home here. No big rental corporations to deal with at this one - all needs are directly handled by a wonderful landlord. Maintenance requests are so easily taken care of almost immediately. Beautiful area, great views, wonderful units. We feel very safe here. Only thing is that I wish there was more parking, but with more units being built I don't think that will be a huge problem. This is definitely a community where you can knock on your neighbor's door if you ever need anything ...
    - very nice people here! Very cool that a walking path is connected, and we can't wait for the clubhouse and pool! 10/10 place to live. Landlord and maintenance will take care of you!
