The management have little concern for you after you move in and I have experienced this consistently since I moved in 13 months ago. I plan on moving out at the end of the lease, but they promise everyone a parking spot, until they are full and they tow your registered car because you are unwilling to pay additional for parking. I asked for help, but they just tried to sell me a higher cost parking spot. This does not feel like a community.

To clarify, our community offers first-come, first-served parking, with optional reserved spaces available for an additional monthly fee. Reserved spaces are assigned and must remain available for the resident who leases them, which is why unauthorized vehicles may be towed in accordance with community guidelines and posted signage.
