Not what I expected
October 26, 2019We moved in less than a month ago. Their are so many things that needs to be repaired or replaced. Had to replace them myself. Due to my work schedule of working all of the time I dont have time for them to fix what should have been fixed prior to our move in date.Property Manager Responded

Think twice before renting!
October 14, 2019BUGS! Bugs! Bugs! Roaches! Roaches! Roaches! I contacted the office and they said they would send pest control out. They never came as promised. The staff is very rude and unconcerning. The maintainace on the Buildings is very unkept. Would NOT recommend this place!Property Manager Responded

We’re so happy we chose this place!
February 11, 2019My husband and I moved here this past October. We had a hot water heater bust and leak issue a few days ago. As soon as we told the office about our issues, the staff and new manager had the prompt and polite maintenance guys out here that exact day to replace the HWH. They then called out a construction company to fix the wet flooring of which was done the very next business day. All was done in a very quick manor. We are so happy we chose Hickory Falls apartments as it is quite, family ...friendly, and staff/management are all very helpful! I’m not sure what this place was like before new management but I can assure you it’s nothing short of exceeding our expectations in the present time of Feb. 2019!Property Manager Responded

Best Place Ever
November 19, 2018I have been at Hickory Falls Apartments in Villa Rica for 1 1/2 Months and I love it here! The staff is always friendly and courteous and make sure everything stays running smoothly here and the ground are beautiful. Anytime I've had a maintenance issue which has been once or twice, it is taken care of in a timely manner and very professionally. I can't think of a better place to call home. November 8, 2018We are currently in our 4th lease here. We (myself, wife and daughter) have lived in a 3 bedroom apartment during our entire time here. The community is nice and the school system is one of the best in Georgia. The community is gated. It's a nice place to live for my daughter, because a handful of kids from her grade live here and being so close, there isn't any safety concerns with her walking over to her friends apartment to play. I have seen some negative reviews of the apartments. After ...reading those, they are not helpful, I have found because in our time here the staff has always worked with us if there is an issue. The main thing I have noticed in some of the negative reviews, is people forget that when you live in an apartment community, the staff become like family. You will have your ups and downs, no matter where you live, but in the case of renting, its how the staff handles the downs. I can say that the staff here take an objective view, analyze the situation and comes to a conclusion that benefits both parties. They really do a great job! As for the Villa Rica, GA area. You are position really nicely here. It's about 45 minutes from the Atlanta Airport, Atlanta and Six Flags. You are about 45 minutes from the Alabama border. I-20 is only about a mile from the apartments and Wal-Mart is just on the other side of the intersection. It is really positioned well.
