The moment I moved in, the experience I’ve had was nothing short of amazing. Rental office staff (Devine, Catina - forgive me, I forgot the other young lady’s name but she has glasses!) made sure if I had any issues a ticket was put in and the young gentleman who serviced the maintenance tickets, I hope I spell his name right. Jamil, was extremely helpful and made sure that everything was done and any problems were corrected. The apartment was clean and is very spacious and comfortable. A.D.

maintenance problems

I’ve moved here three months ago and before I move in I asked them to fix things that was wrong with the apartment when I took a tour they said they will fix it before my move in date when my move-in date came the problems were not fixed , i called and called no body came !

DONT MOVE HERE, IT IS MOLD INFESTED

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I moved on August 19th, 2022, and I immediately spotted some major concerns first starting with the unit being infested with mold due to a condensation leak, a leak from the bathroom exhaust fan, and a leak from the kitchen ceiling. Secondly, I have ants coming from under my carpet, it is frustrating to constantly find ants in and on my personal belongings around my unit, I would like to know if my unit was treated by pest control before I moved in. ...
Lastly, my apartment was not properly turned before I moved in, things as simple as my bathroom door still being off the hinge living room outlets being loose stove top not working etc. I have reached out regarding the mold in my unit on three separate occasions since I have been knowledgeable about the mold. The property manager Tiffany, literally told me that if i’m not happy with the unit I can just move out!!!! I am so shocked at how unprofessionally this situation is being handled. She refuses to transfer me to a unit without mold or give me a full refund, I’ve contacted corporate no response. IF HAVE ANY OTHER OPTION TO MOVE TO CHOOSE THAT ONE!!!!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE.
