September 30, 2025I'm concerned that it seems there is no property agent in the office. The aesthetics of the property have declined despite their efforts to fix things up. Trash is constantly piled outside the compactor area. Parking has become an issue again and maintenance orders are being combined and closed out without the work being fully completed.Property Manager Responded

September 24, 2025Gated community where the gates rarely work. Many of the exterior building lights also do not work. Furniture often piled up next to the dumpster. Very little guest parking, and no guest parking near the individual buildings. And pet waste often found in the greenways.Property Manager Responded

July 25, 2025I really like the inside of my apartment. It is open and plenty of room. The bedrooms are large with big walking closets and a nice master bathroom.Property Manager Responded
