Loud neighbors and old building makes this place awful to live
March 23, 2025You will not have any peace and quiet living here, Very noisy neighbors who run and stomp around until 2-3am every night and old building with thin walls make it awful to live here. Providing proof of the noise will not do anything as they DONT CARE. Everything is nasty and old in the apartment, and mine wasn't even cleaned before I moved in. Management just tells you to deal with it basically and doesn't do anything about it, even when asked to switch apartments. They only want your money and ...offer no help. Not as bad as people say
September 9, 2015Since I moved to Hickory Village 3 years ago, when I tell someone where I live I get the same "oh, no! I'm sorry! Why don't you move?!" It has a very bad reputation around town. However, in the three years that I've lived here, I have had no issues with feeling unsafe. I have had a few issues with the office but overall it really hasn't been bad. I got lucky with a quiet building with not many neighbors. It's super cheap and it still is impressive to me how much effort they put into landscaping. ...The grounds always look very nice.
