Told me to set a time and date when I wanted it changed, after they had new ones. They arrived when it was convenient for me and were walking out the door with their tools in less than an hour. Providing proof of the noise will not do anything as they DONT CARE. Everything is nasty and old in the apartment, and mine wasn't even cleaned before I moved in. Management just tells you to deal with it basically and doesn't do anything about it, even when asked to switch apartments. They only want your money and ...offer no help. It has a very bad reputation around town. However, in the three years that I've lived here, I have had no issues with feeling unsafe. I have had a few issues with the office but overall it really hasn't been bad. I got lucky with a quiet building with not many neighbors. It's super cheap and it still is impressive to me how much effort they put into landscaping. ...The grounds always look very nice. It's cheap and not as bad as everyone says.Read More
