Prompt and Efficient Maintenance did a great job with replacing my AC. Something had to be replaced inside and the unit outside. The AC company they used was very polite and considerate of my home. They did a great job and got everything done quickly. Maintenance was in and out to oversee things and ensure everything worked. I was very pleased with the service.

They changed the rules and are allowing people with 50+lb dogs can be inside a 650sq apartment with no cage and it just runs around inside. Neighbors are very loud and always stomping and running from dusk to dawn all night along with arguing in hallways during early mornings with cops having to be called. Tried to get them to address these (my) issues for 6 about months, Iv sent over 20 E-mails and have called them about 30 times. They do nothing but tell you to do deal with it as 'its an old ...
building' even though its the PEOPLE not the building. They just refuse to actually help. Save your self and spend a little more and don't get trapped in a lease here.

Thank you so much! It was wonderful to come home to quiet and not chirping! I could tell the smoke detector looked a little different, the green light was in a slightly different position. I knew someone had taken care of replacing the batteries, something I could not do because I could not reach it. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of us.
