August 14, 2024I enjoy living here. Yes, I pay a pretty penny for rent, but that's how it is these days. Anyway, the property manager, Kathy takes her job seriously and her office staff is pleasant and helpful. Shout out to Sasha! The maintenance staff are very nice and responsive to requests. The landscaping is taken care of, and the common area hallways are cleaned regularly. It's nice having the pool and the lifeguard is very attentive. I watched her do head counts every so often. Some might find the ...rules to be a little restrictive, but it works for me. ymtProperty Manager Responded

Brandon in Maintenance, has followed through with all of the repairs, and has been very professional. Never called back
June 6, 2014They never called us back after several calls and e mails. We ended up finding the address on our own and driving through. The pool they advertise is very very small at best enough for 5-6 people and the community is very big. It seems things are repaired with ply wood and not even painted. It felt like the projects with an outrageous price tag for rent. We were not impressed.Review from Apartments.com
