Awful place to live

Don’t rent here, you will regret it
June 26, 2024I have rented from this complex for a year and the unit has a bad mold or mildew smell. I have tried to get them to fix it and after one attempt they just ignored me. Finally my lease is up and I am able to get out of this place.Review from Apartments.com

Good Location and Pretty Fair Prices
April 25, 2018No issues to complain about really. The area is nice enough. Parking is hectic some times, but it is fine if you pay for your own parking space. Lock your door, car and apartment, my roommate had his car broken into because he left his door unlocked. A con would be the laundry situation. Bad Workers
August 19, 2017I met with one of the young lady's there and made an appointment. When I showed up she did even know we had an appointment and made me talk to someone els. He was okay I guess then when I returned to pay for the deposit the guy helping me wasn't there so I had to talk to another guy who did let me get the apartment. All they want is your money. Worst place to live.
May 19, 2017My wife and I lived here for a couple of years and it seems to be getting worse every year. During our first year we had a ton of bug problems. We made several calls to management and they sent some crappy pest control person out and all he did was spray the apartment, but it never solved anything. This process kept going for a year. We finally spent our own money to try and fix the problem and had much better results then a so called professional. The most current issue is that they charge ...tenets to park within the complex and claim that they will tow cars that do not have the sticker. However, more and more cars are parking in the complex that don't have the proper sticker because management doesn't care. So basically we are getting charged for someone else to park inside the complex.Property Manager Responded

Rent from Here if It's Your Only Option
January 3, 2017My suggestion is that you should only rent from here only as a last resort. I ended up here because it's one of the few places that accepts big dogs. That said the complex is a corporate rip-off. They might entice you in for the 1 year of rent, but after that you should expect an $80-$100 increase per month on rent year after year. I'm sure a lot of bigger apt complexes do this, but this one has no qualms or morals in doing so. One tennant wanted to leave the lease agreement early because ...they were traumatized after their dog was killed by another dog (just charged into their door and started attacking), and the complex would not let them leave without demanding they pay 3 months of early termination rent. The fact that you have to pay $30 for a parking space is just utterly ridiculous. Sewer, water, and regular maintenance are extra charges that you have to pay every month. Great place to live
August 20, 2015Hidden cove is great so far. I've only been here for about 2 weeks. There were a few minor things that needed to be fixed and the maitenence people came right away.
