Hidden Fees
February 5, 2025The rent base starts out fine for two months then will go up and up and the excuse is, these are fees for shared amenities. There is no workout room what so ever! Leasing office looks like the wall was torn down and never fixed, they can't keep any maintenance employees. Very Misleading!Review from Apartments.com

June 26, 2023This is the worst place I’ve ever lived in my life! Roaches , mice/RATS ! Management is always changing.. new management the guy is either always outside smoking while the young lady sits in the office & lolly gags on the phone & they could care less about any problem you have they hardly ever make a record of it. At this point I’m convinced they are trying to make their tenants feel like we are the crazy ones. They jst throw a smile on and act like they’ll take care of it and don’t!Property Manager Responded

DO NOT MOVE HERE
June 4, 2022Dilapidated apartments with a few cosmetic upgrades to trick applicants. Apartments have no AC and an ant/roach infestation that management says they are "working on" (its been a problem since summer of 2021) Neighborhood is unsafe, the leasing office is rarely open when they say they are, communication is non existent, and anything you need fixed you'd be better off watching a YouTube video and doing it yourself. Management changes frequently, getting worse and worse yet somehow managing to ...charge higher rent.Property Manager Responded

March 9, 2021Maintenance is horrible, management never responds to you. No one is ever in the office and all my packages get delivered to the wrong house. I have raccoons living in my attic (I have since I moved in) as well as many other maintenance issues that have never been fixed or addressed by managementProperty Manager Responded

Waste of Time
February 19, 2021I am incredibly unimpressed with this apartment management. I set up a tour for a Saturday at 2pm. It was confirmed via email and phone. I showed up and no one was there. I waited around for 20 minutes for even a sign of anyone. Ended up leaving a voicemail to see about rescheduling, but never heard anythimg back.Property Manager Responded

It has its flaws, like incredibly loud heating/air conditioning units, very limited hot water, and if you have noisy neighbors you will most certainly hear them.
