December 11, 2025They have ignored me this entire year with mildew, mold in my apartment, you tell them you have been having symptoms all year they will be blame you and not the environment. All the property manager do is lie about what’s been done to your unit and nothing be done.. Beware- Roaches
January 23, 2025I went for a tour today. The property manager was extremely kind and helpful. The place appears to be beautiful with a decent price. BUT when touring the apartment I found a mouse trap and multiple dead roaches in the kitchen.Property Manager Responded

Do not live here
November 6, 2024I've lived here for 7 years coming up on 8th in the 7 years that I've lived here we went through many managers and very many many maintenance people if I send in a work order it takes it off but they never come out and fix it so I've been screenshotting everything that needs to be done around my apartment and fixed around my apartment . Out of the 7 years I was only able to enjoy the pool for maybe 2 years at the most and they weren't consecutive years . When I first moved in they advertised for ...a gym the gym equipment did not work and then we got new management that took the gym completely out now they are putting in a new gym but it has not opened yet . I love the part that my balcony can face to courtyard but other than that I would not recommend !!!!! Also the price of the apartment keeps going up and it's very high for one bedroom apartment and the pictures that are they are showing does not look like what it is on the inside !! Definitely would not recommend living here nothing ever gets fixed !Property Manager Responded

HVAC System has been broken for 2 months.
July 25, 2023Personally I don’t mind living here, but they are awful with responding back. I’ve called multiple times & left messages/ emails and can never get an answer to when they will be fixing my AC unit. I’ve been dealing with this heat for 2 months with a work from home position and it’s been a awful experience. I really wanted to renew my lease because this place isn’t bad at all, but the lack of communication and non response has really made not happy here anymore.Review from Apartments.com
