They won't return your security deposit when you move out!!
January 21, 2022As far as my apartment, I guess everything was ok…minus the few issues I had with the AC going out often. However, maintenance would come right away to fix the issue. Another thing that bothered me is that this is supposed to be a GATED community, but in the 2 years I lived there it probably only worked about 1 month total. Lastly, I moved out at the end of October of 2021 and I’m still waiting on my deposit back. The office manager and I did a walk-thru when I turned in my keys and his exact ...words was that the unit was left in IMMACULATE condition, so I’m puzzled as to what the hold up is with returning my deposit. I’ve reached out several times and the response I got was “my concern has been forwarded to upper management”!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

March 17, 2021My first day of visiting these apartments with Ms.D was amazing And the apartment is wonderful it has enough space and excellent view on the porch.The new home is so excellent when I first walk in to my new home the carpet the wall the the smooth amazing color. July 25, 2018I love it here and I love the Staff. The manager is always friendly and always answers the questions without hesitation.
