DO NOT MOVE HERE . I have had my lights on my truck stolen 3 times, a guy who jumped on my balcony that I had to scare away. They boast about a security officer that you will never see. They don't send out emails that cars are being broken into. Several people in my building have moved out because of safety concens. The gates have been broken for a year almost. I can't wait to move. dark at night. I have my own cameras for the parking lot. The plumbing is bad, tubs old and my base rent was $1365 now Im closer to $1650 with all the extra charges. Moving here has cost me over $10k in damages to my vehicles and my insurance rates are high do to all the claims I have made living here in what they say is a nice gated communitu with a security officer. All they care about is $ and do nothing to help except so sorry not sorry. There are better apartments than here. LOCKED IN LEASE. I GOT A FEW MONTHS AND WONDER WHAT I WILL FACE AND HOW MUCH IT WILL COST ME IN THE END. MY VEHICLES ARE NEW. NOT TO MENTION MY MUSTANG WAS HIT WHILE PARKED.SMH..keeps getting worse.
