Office is supposed to be open from 9-5 but the staff is only there from 10-4 and close three hours for lunch. Manager never explains bogus charges to rent, just says I have to so I won't be fired. Maintenance has tried to enter my apartment without notice or even knocking. Grounds are so poorly lit that I've fallen three times. Garbage and recycling dumpsters are always overflowing. They not only charge extra fees for everything but lie about it when you view the place and on the contract. Time ...

This property has tons of hidden fees, and they won't tell you until the 48 hour "hold deposit" ($200) was cashed!! Very hard to work with!!! The apartment they show us wasn't as advertised, it was not "luxury" at all!! Kitchen is a mess, shelfs are broken, dish washer seems like it will be broke anytime. The bathroom is dirty. We originally said would do a 12 month lease, they said if we do 13 months it'll be 1 month free. LIE!! They contacted me later stated they don't have any 13 months lease ...
available and we will have to do a 14 months lease. I asked what about the free month? They said there is no free month included since it's only "selected unit". This apartment management team is a mess. Do NOT recommend unless you want to have a horrible experience.

DO NOT COME TO LIVE HERE. They advertise Luxury housing but that is far from true. This apartment complex resembles the ghetto. I am a single mother with a disability. Their maintenance technician lives below me and sounds like he hurts his girlfriend. He harasses me about noise on a constant basis. I spent THOUSANDS of dollars to carpet the apartment, was inspected the the Super of the complex and I am still being harassed. The community manager even sent me a threatening letter so further the ...

It’s so bad I even had to call the cops on the maintenance tech because my daughter was scared from hearing the yelling and screaming when he fights with his girlfriend downstairs and yet I receive a letter about noise. I do not feel safe in this complex. The community manager does not care about her residents or their well-being. I suffered from anxiety and this place is neither comforting or feels like home at all: I live in constant anxiety and I pay so much in rent to so call live in luxury housing. I can’t even walk comfortably around my house or have friends over. IT IS A NIGHTMARE.

Just moved in on Feb. 1st. The apartment is extremely spacious. The neighborhood is quiet. The two leasing agents, both named Jackie were amazing. The super Vincent is a great guy. I would recommend this place!
