I would like to share my appreciation for the team at Hidden Lake Apartments and my overall experience with Kaplan Communities over the years.
My current experience at Hidden Lake has been wonderful. Jackie, Robin, Holly, and Ricki have all been professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. I would also like to recognize Damaris Shutz. After the Colony Oaks fire on December 29, 2023, moving and starting over was a very difficult time for my family. Damaris was incredibly kind, supportive, and helpful throughout the transition. Her compassion and professionalism made a stressful situation much easier to navigate.
I also cannot leave out Valentine from Colony Oaks, who was always kind, helpful, and a pleasure to work with during my time there. My experience at Colony Oaks was excellent as well, and that positive experience is one of the main reasons I chose to remain with Kaplan Communities for so many years.
To fellow residents, my advice is simple: treat your apartment home as if it were your own. Respect the property, communicate openly, and be a good tenant. In my experience, when residents and management work together with mutual respect, it creates a positive living environment for everyone.
