It’s a great apartment, loved the management. Family friendly building that is very quiet. Not a lot of traffic, so it’s very peaceful. Loved how well they maintain the buildings and grounds. Never had an issue while I was here. I would’ve stayed if my job was closer.
Utilities: Water/Sewage was typically $30-40 per month. Gas/Electric was $200 per month. Internet $120 for the 1gb spectrum. Renter’s insurance is $20 per month. So add about $400 to monthly expenses. Just thought it might be ...

Things that surpised me: Underground parking is very hard to find your spot at first. Ask the management for the number of your spot. You are required to park in the garage during the winter. Storage space is worth it if you have the 3rd floor, it’s much bigger and on your actual floor. Others are in the undergound garage and very small. I got a christmas gift bag which was adorable. The little events are so cute too.
I really loved it here. My neighbors were friendly and it was really easygoing around here. I loved the view from my balcony and it just felt like I wasn’t so close to the highway. I only heard the train a few times, besides that it was quiet at night. Really close to any shopping, healthcare, or resturants. I would love to come back here one day.
