Welcome to Hidden Oaks Apartments Our 2-level property has 72 units, each measure 828 sq. ft. Our units have two bedrooms and one bathroom. Every unit comes with washer and dryer hook ups, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, and garbage disposal. Our upstairs units have carpet in the bedrooms and living rooms, LVT in the kitchen, dining room, and bathroom. Our downstairs units have carpet in the bedrooms, LVT in the kitchen, dining room, living room and bathroom and are handicap accessible Our property has a large, shared, fenced backyard with picnic tables and a basketball court. In the summer this is perfect for barbeques with friends and family birthday parties. We also have an on-site laundry room for tenants that do not have their own washer and dryer. We have assigned parking spaces for each unit and we have guest parking and handicap parking available on the premises. We are a pet friendly complex with a monthly pet rent fee and provide pet waste stations all throughout the premises. Water, sewer, and garbage are included in the rent.

September 28, 2015I believe the apartments are decent but not high quality. The rent is average but the upkeep of the place really needs work I think that if the outside of the apartments was better maintained as far as landscaping goes then the apartments would be a much better rating.Review from Apartments.com

July 27, 2015The apartments that I stay in are pretty good the only thing I wish was better would be the maintenance outside and also not having such ugly bushes in front of the houses because it would be helpful to be able to plant your own garden.Review from Apartments.com
