Best Complex in Tampa!

I'm a USF student living with my partner and our roommate (total 3 of us in a 2b/2b) and we love it! The entire staff (including the maintenance people!) are very kind and helpful. I've lived at HP for 4 months and if there are any maintenance issues, they're always fixed the day of or the day after the request was made. Rent is super affordable, there are fun events for residents (with free food), there's always free coffe and sometimes food/goodies in the leasing office! I bike to class at USF ...

four days a week which a huge bonus! Theres a USF bull runner bus stop one apartment complex over in cambridge woods which is a 7-10 minute walk. The neighborhood is beautiful and filled with greenery and trees, and there's even a Hidden Garden which is open for resident use! I'm currently using it to grow green onions and beans. The staff is growing eggplants, peppers, and tomatoes! The complex is very quiet and serene, no noisy neighbors, and it feels safe and sound. Theres many kids and pets in the complex as well! In the center, theres a lake with trees perfect for hammocking, as well as picnic tables. My partner and I have hammocked there before. It was wonderful but bring your bug spray! Overal, Hidden Palms is a wonderful area, perfect for any kind of family!

I’ve been living here for a year and about to renew my lease for a second year. I am college student so I love that the campus is so close but the property is so quiet. The office and maintenance staff have been great and very attentive. They also added a dog park on property and my fur baby loves It!! I am overall very happy with Hidden Palms and highly recommend living here!!

Granted, I just moved in 2 weeks ago, but I have not had any problems. I've seen previous reviews staying the staff is rude...while I primarily dealt with Pam, who was AAMazing, the other interactions I've had with the staff, including the manager have been great. Previous reviews saying issues with Cockroaches and bugs...I have seen 1 small bug, but c'mon people, we live in Florida, and that is to be expected. I was told upfront that parking was a problem, yet I haven't seen that as I have ...

been able to park right by my building everyday. Even when I leave for work at 5 in the morning I see empty spaces by my bldg. The property is clean and well maintained. I've used the laundry facilities and the washers and dryers work great (and not too expensive) The pool area is clean and inviting and I just love the hot tub. I've met a few neighbors and everyone has been very friendly. I moved from a complex around the corner because of noise, and so far it is extremely quiet here! My apartment was cleaned and in good shape when I moved in. I am not in an upgraded unit, however all of the appliances are like new and in excellent working order. The only complaint that I have is that the water pressure when taking a shower is a bit lower than I am used to. So far a good experience...so fingers crossed it stays that way.

Worst place to live. In just one year that I live here there were a couple apartments had had things stolen. When I moved out, they charged me for water damage from the people above me. Parking , there is none when you get home late after 6-7 pm and it also floods all the time when it rains. And don't walk on the grass, there is dog poop everywhere from lazy dog owners who don't pick up after their dogs. This place is horrible. I read reviews like this from them and thought they were not ...

Our apartment is great for what we pay. We are on a corner, even though we have a second floor apartment, we don't have anyone above us. We also have vaulted ceilings in the living room which is a big plus. Washer and dryer in unit, and a wonderful community pool. The only cons to this apartment is service is slow (takes for ever for maintenance to take care of non-emergencies), and parking is limited.

The complex is great for college students that attend USF. Rent is very affordable for how big the space that you get. The staff is nice and maintenance team is alway fast to respond to your needs. I would definitely reccomend this place to my friends. The angled layout of the interiors gives the space a very interesting and homey feel to it.

The complex is quiet and populated mostly by young newly working people, many with small dogs. The apartments are somewhat small, we rent a one bedroom and while we're able to fit living room furniture, a dining room table and a few other tables in the living area, there is not much other room to spare. The kitchen is also small; I am used to small kitchens but my husband finds it too small for more than one person to move around in at one time. This is South Florida so there are some bugs to ...

Hidden Palms is run well, most of the time. The management will stay out of your way and collect rent and that's the way it should be. However they react to problems poorly, if people use the spa improperly, they lock everyone out. If parking is a problem they tow residents for not driving much. Overall, I'm moving out, but I liked it here for 3 years. The buildings are well kept.
