Great Improvements!
August 18, 2022The previous management team in the office was a disaster... they were never helpful and when you tried to speak to them, they were almost never in the office. I recently took a trip to inquire about a unit. Unfortunately, they did not have anything available, but the new staff was AMAZING! They informed me of the prices and base fees they charge, and they explained to me a little bit about the process and how it would work. Roach-Infested and Fees for Everything!
May 21, 2017I was moving from out-of-state and did all my dealings with them online and over the phoen prior to the move. They quoted me a price for rent, and then when I show up with my U-Haul full of stuff, they tack on tons of additional fees that I was never made aware of until I moved in, putting the actual rent up almost $100 more than what I had agreed to pay. I had to sign the lease because I had nowhere else to go, I was in a U-Haul from out of state. The apartment was infested with COCKROACHES, ...and I heard that some other units had trouble with bed bugs as well. They repeatedly told me that they had come to my apartment for pest control but it was clear that nothing was ever done. My daughter was afraid of the bugs and afraid to sleep at night because of them crawling all over. I couldn't have any food that was even remotely open (like a box of cereal, or a loaf of bread) without worrying about the bugs getting into it. The playground equipment is extremely old and in disrepair and unsafe. They have one washer/dryer in each building, but you have to lug your laundry UPSTAIRS to get to the laundry room. And if someone else in your building is doing laundry, you have to hunt for somewhere to go.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 21, 2015the model unit they show you is 10 times nicer than the unit you move into. if you like airplanes flying overhead, this is for you! some friendly neighbors, culturally diverse. swamp coolers make it swampy. (humid apartment, swollen cabinets, doors stick etc) cheap rent, cheap apartment. what can you expect?Review from Apartments.com
