Wonderful Spot to Live
June 22, 2017I had the privilege of living in Hidden Ponds over the last year. It was a wonderful community. My neighbors were very nice, and I will miss the community they created. The apartments were nice, especially for the price. Anytime we had maintenance issues they were sorted out that same day. The on-site laundry facility is cheaper than any stop in Gas City and was very convenient. The managment was also really friendly and knew me by name within the first week. They were suportive and helpful ...whenever there was an issue. Serously, this is not just an apartment it is a coomunity. One of the best I've found. hard to reach but worth the wait
March 13, 2017They can be very hard to reach sometimes. I called for a few days before getting a call back but when I got the call, the lady was nice and said how sorry she was about taking so long. I went and saw the apartment. It looked nice and I am hoping to be able to move in soon.Review from Apartments.com

Very Nice Place
July 28, 2014I went into the office to see an apartment, I was greeted by a very nice lady who made me feel so comfortable. She was friendly and understanding. She showed me a great apartment that was clean and looked like new. I was very disappointed when I heard that I made to much money to live there but nonetheless, it was a very nice experience and if you get this lady to help you will be glad. I hope that my situation doesn't change but she said if it does to come back and I will be doing that.Review from Apartments.com
