“Peaceful” Hidden Ponds
March 20, 2022I love this location so much that after I moved out for a year, I returned for 3 more years. I am now upgrading to a 2-bedroom in the same building because I enjoy it so much here and am just looking for more space. To me, it’s all about how quiet it always is. Beautiful location with lots of sun and open space. The views of nature are unbeatable, and you get to see amazing sunsets. The neighborhood is fantastic for runners and walkers. Great Place to Live
May 28, 2021I have lived at Hidden Ponds for almost 4 years. The buildings are incredibly well maintained, and clean. The atmosphere is quiet, and comfortable. The best feature of Hidden Ponds are views of the ponds, wet lands, and wild life from the units. Absolutely beautiful, and second to none in the Pewaukee/Waukesha area. The apartment manager, Tia, has been great to work with. When I needed a bigger unit she helped me seamlessly transfer to a bigger apartment in the same building. It seems like she is ...available almost 24/7. She responds quickly to any issues or concerns from the tenants. Quiet and Comfortable
October 28, 2020I have lived at Hidden Ponds for 2.5 years and found it a great place to be. The location is wonderful with everything you need and want close by but it is still quiet and has lots of nature to enjoy. The unit I was in no longer fit my needs and I let the manager Tia know. She let me know when something became available in the same building and the whole transitions couldn’t have gone more smoothly! Love it here!
April 7, 2020I have lived here at Hidden Ponds for almost 4yrs, and no other surrounding apartment complexes compare to what Hidden Ponds has to offer as far as amenities, cost, and overall quality. While there isn’t a ton of kitchen cabinet space in my unit (I know others have a pantry), my spacious 2BD loft makes up for it with 2 bathrooms (both including a heat lamp), ceiling fans, skylight windows, in-unit washer and dryer, underground parking, and a roomy balcony with gorgeous views! Tia is so kind and ...helpful, and maintenance work gets done promptly, professionally, and efficiently. The grounds are kept clean, there’s often deer or a family of cranes in view, and the neighbors are friendly and look out for each other. I truly consider this more of a home/community than just a regular apartment building.Property Manager Responded

May 12, 2019Hidden Ponds is an excellent place to live. It has lots of birds around in a beautiful setting. Everyone here is friendly and personable. The management really cares about the tenants and goes out of their way to accommodate them. Things are run on more of a personal level, than a corporate one. Maintenance is rarely needed because everything is like brand new, and kept in tip top shape. If they are needed, they are very helpful and professional, and get things done efficiently. May 11, 2019Hidden Ponds has been our first home as a married couple, and what an amazing residence it was for us. The location, amenities, price, and community are truly irreplaceable. The day we moved in, the place was spotless and we were kindly welcomed by Tia, the property manager. Each person we passed on our way in introduced themselves, held the door, and asked if they could help us bring our belongings to our second floor loft. We will always cherish the memories of spending time on the porch ...amongst a beautiful view, going for walks and saying hi to familiar faces in the hidden ponds community, and hosting guests at our quaint loft that was spacious, clean and updated. In addition to the location, parking, in unit laundry, balcony, price, and many other amazing qualities, the management and people are what make hidden ponds such a wonderful place to live. I’ll never forget seeing a post on our Facebook page about a women who needed help carrying her groceries and within minutes, multiple people commented offering to help. Or when I couldn’t find my package that was delivered to the other side of the building and a fellow resident brought it to the door for me. The management has created a kind, respectful, and welcoming community and it is bittersweet to leave and start the next chapter as homeowners.
