Hidden Valley Apartments - Hastings
May 27, 2021I really enjoyed my year with HV Apartments. My overall experience was exceptional. The few minor issues I had were addressed and resolved immediately. Staff are extremely friendly, caring, and helpful. The building inside and out is kept very clean. There is a park just a short walk down the path. Neighbors are also super friendly and helpful. Overall a very pleasant experience and safe area of town to live in.Review from Apartments.com

Beware Rent somewhere else that actually cares
May 11, 2019If you are a smoker you will love it! If you are not a smoker do not live here! Smells awful and getting worse! Can’t breathe! There is a plaque in the mail area no smoking due to the clear air act of MN clearly doesn’t matter! This is the worst place I have ever rented from and have live in places with roaches and I would rather deal with that crap! If you workout or like to be healthy do not rent here! I’ve been trying to get out! If they would allow Zero stars that’s what I would give ...it! I have had ppl try to get into my place while I was in the apartment and there is not dead bolt or chain on the door! If you have children don’t live here!Property Manager Responded
May 22, 2019If you would like to call the office to talk about what's going on please do. We don't allow smoking in the common areas. It has been this way so if you see someone smoking you should report them. We do have dead bolts on the doors and if you are having a problem with someone please let me know who you think it might be. Hopefully we can resolve your issues if we know who you are and have a chance to do so. Thank you and I hope to talk to you soon.

Hidden Valley
January 21, 2017This is a really great place to live! I have lived here since 2005 and really enjoy the area. The rent is good and the staff are always helpful and nice. Work gets done well if you need it. I also like how close it is to the cities and other shopping in town and the trails for jogging are great too. YMCA is close by, Target and Walmart are near too and the area is quiet. I will be staying and I do recommend it!Review from Apartments.com
