    March mad my one yr experience living here at Hidden Valley Apartments and I must say I give it five stars. So much peace and quiet. And the neighbors are great. But most of all I can say that Nira is amazing. She so professional and assures all of my questions or concerns are addressed. She's awesome!!!!! All in all great place to live. I am satisfied!

    I’ve message/ emailed/ called this property multiple times over the past 2 weeks called 4 times this morning NOTHING. I’ve SIMPLY wanted to schedule a tour; if I can’t get in touch with anyone to simply take a tour I don’t want to live there any issues or concerns I have won’t ever be solved because they can’t even pick up the phone

    I stop by earlier this week to check out Hidden Valley Apartments and was surprised at how lovely the model version of the 1 bedroom looked (it even smelled nice). I’ve been to numerous apartments on a search to find a new home and was put off by how rude the staff were or the look of their model apartments with old furniture and bedding (it is 2019 and not 1980) Lol I spoke with the leasing agent at Hidden Valley and was pleasantly surprised at how accommodating she was, I can tell she was ...
    extremely busy (Bless Her), but she put everything to the side to help answer any and all of my questions.

  • Searching for a new place of my own.

    I work near by and lucked up and checked out this place after reading the reviews I was quite skeptical. I had the pleasure of speaking to the staff members there and to my surprise I didn't encounter the rude service or agent. The leasing agent was very nice, she made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions I believe she said her name was Donna, I maybe wrong but it start with a D. She offered me water and some treats she just made me feel real comfortable and at ease. I look forward ...

    I find the apartments to be very convenient as far as a nice complex with friendly neighbors and pretty much close to a lot of shopping businesses. I've been here for 3 going on 4 years. I try to avoid calling the office as much as possible unless I really need something. The lady at the front desk as a bit of a smart attitude, curt, sarcastic, and mainly condescending at times. The property manager is almost the same I've spoke to her one time where she wouldn't even allow me to speak she ...
    just kept interrupting me. The guys who work maintenance are nice. They have a pool but takes time to open during the start of summer because they have to find someone to work there. Mainly I would say make those leasing agents change their "attitude" and sound caring to their tenants. I hate hate hate calling their office, they never answer, they don't call back and one time I believe the lady at the front desk hung up on me. They do have security ride around at night which is a good thing. Good Luck.

  • Nice and Quiet Apartment

    I am staying in Hidden Valley for 4 years now. I got an apartment facing the woods which is what I love the most. It is a very private and quiet apartment. Management so far has been good to me and they respond well to emergency and non emergency requests. One disadvantage is they do not have 2 Bed 2 bath apartments.
