High Ground Village & Courtyard Apartments Nestled at the base of Winnemucca Mtn. range is this beautiful 84-unit apartment complex. Located approximately 2 minutes from town and set high on a ridge overlooking the Humboldt River, these apartments have the convenience of being close to town with the remoteness of the country. We have 2 bedrooms 2 bath units as well as 2 bedrooms 1 bath units available. All units come with all appliances (stove, refrigerator, and dishwashers). Separate laundry room with washer and dryer are also available in all units. Apartments range from 1100 sq. ft.-1400sq. ft. Walk-in closets come standard in all bedrooms as well as granite countertops in the kitchens and bathrooms. Corporate lodging is also available. We provide units fully furnished with all utility bills included. These units have paid housekeeping services as well. Our corporate apartments are available on either a short-term or long-term basis. We have high-end executive suites available, as well as our deluxe apartment rentals.

Great place; great value
February 21, 2025I've been here over 13 years and I've no complaints. Have a nice view of the mountains; the grounds are nicely kept (with a nice fuel break in the back); Mo, the landlord, screens his tenants so the place is quiet and respectful; and any issues are dealt with in a timely manner. The insulation is good so the utility bill is not bad at all in summer or winter.Review from Apartments.com
Great and Safe place!!!
January 5, 2022I lived in High Ground apartments for 10 months. I moved to Winnemucca for work, was new to town and knew no one. These apartments were great and i felt very safe. Apartments were quiet, Mo made sure that all the tenants were taken care of, he is always there to help you when ever you need something. Unprofessional
August 19, 2020When I called as stated on many listing to do so to inquire about availability. I was greeted by an annoyed man who ask what did I want ? I asked for information on the apartments and setting an appointment he asked well how many are you I said my husband , myself and 2 boys he right away said we have nothing and hung up. Rude and unprofessional
March 18, 2020Send email through here to inquire about the property and I was met with a short response to call. Then when I call I am greeted with an attitude and hung up on when I mentioned section 8. Highly rude and unprofessional. Slow Internet
