February 13, 2025Horrible because I having been experiencing noise above me for almost 10 months slamming of doors running across the floors stomping on the floor when walking and letting things fall on the floor at all hours of the day and right now as I am writing this I have called security so many times and recorded and talked to management called the police and have 5 red cards on the occupants above me also I have left messages with the senior manager over Las Vegas property I even tried to transfer to ...another apartment on the fifth floor same building and it was less than the monthly rent I pay now two dots wanted income verification so I sent my pay stubs and downloaded bank info two dots denied me the transfer saying I failed to provide income but you can renew a 15 month lease but not solve a problem with noise that is as simple as a transfer and use income verification as an excuseProperty Manager Responded

Stay far away from this place
September 18, 2024I moved in here in April. I broke my lease to move out September. They charge you for everything if you get locked out, you have to beg for them to come let you in. I’ll tell you to call locksmith. They’ll have to drill out the lock and replace the lock $400, you have to buy your own water filter. They also tell you that you got a buy your own lightbulbs. If one burns out your responsible for the batteries for the smoke detectors peoples vehicles have been broken into there’s dog poop all over ...the place. The security really sucks. Lotta things are broken on the property management really sucks. The property manager won’t even call the Gm if you get the number to the GM, they won’t even call you back. You can’t even get a hold of anybody at corporate. There’s a lot of people breaking their lease and leaving when you go to place. They’re not upfront with you on the stuff. $500 for transfer even though I gave 30-days notice.
August 1, 2024The place is good but they sent me a renewal last month and I had no time to search for another apt, so I signed the new lease because the price was for "early birds" and they said it was a good pricing, everything else was more expensive. Then all units prices went down, if I had waited a few days, mine would be $200/month cheaper than what I signed for and to move to another unit I'll have to pay $500, just because I had signed a renewal less than a week before. So sad! They just want our ...money. Front desk is always nice and helpful. Location is good.Property Manager Responded

Cockroach infestation
June 5, 2024My unit was infested with cockroaches for months. It was a studio so there wasn't any way to get away from them. I couldn't sleep because every time I'd look over from my bed there would be another huge cockroach crawling around on my floor. Once, one had even crawled on me while I slept. I spent hundreds of dollars on pest control products for which I was never reimbursed and complained countless times to no avail. I was so disgusted that I had to buy an AirB&B for the last month and give notice ...early. The building also smelled like a sewer most of the time. Despite taking dozens of pictures of the pests mgmt insisted until the very end that there was no infestation. Management was unresponsive and never once offered any concession or even an apology for the situation in my apartment. I suppose it's business as usual for them. When I finally left they hit me with a $1100 moving fee, so I am out thousands of dollars between the AirB&B, pest control products, and reletting fee, despite the fact that I was left with no choice but to move.Property Manager Responded

Close to my work and school
December 6, 2023I chose to live in this apartment because it’s close to work and school; The front desk people are super nice and helpful. The Maintenance of building 2 Is awful. It is filthy and dirty. Sometimes there is a Loud and noisy party going on at midnight. They could do better job with Maintenance and Security.Property Manager Responded

Charged on move-out for pre-existing maintenance issue
November 18, 2023It pains me to write this review, it really does. The apartment was nice, the location was great for me, and I enjoyed the pool and the gym. Having said that when I toured (a brand new unit) there were stains on the carpet. Management said don't worry they'll be cleaned before I move in. They weren't. Then they said they'd take care of it after I moved in. They didn't. I thought its ok, it doesn't really bother me. When I moved out I sent an email reminding them that it was pre-existing. ...When I got the move out bill they charged me anyway. $185 for carpet cleaning. I shared timestamped photos from the tour and move-in dates. Nothing back. I emailed the resident manager, the office, corporate, everyone. Highline told me they wouldn't remove it from the bill. It shames me, but I ended up paying $185 for a pre-existing issue.Property Manager Responded

Nice property & proximity - POOR management of PROBLEMS
August 6, 2023Pros: Leslie (front desk), Gino & Peter (Maintenance staff), view of MSG sphere, proximity to airport & strip. Cons: 1) gave self-guided tour as property was understaffed end of January prior to move in. 2) mailbox key was not properly issued causing kickback and delays on several important documents - did not get . 3) packages delivered never received -mgmt never set up luxer box. 4) certain units are dead zones for cell service due to building having 1 of 3 receivers. If you live near the ...parking garage SOS signal inside unit SAFETY CONCERN ICE. Tenants are noisy, break nice appliances in common area - mgmt doesn’t regulate the use. No communication when major issues cause complex wide siren alert. No follow up evacuation plan or what to do. Mgmt doesn’t reply to nor resolve concerns.Property Manager Responded
