May 1, 2024I have lived at High Meadow apartments for 5 years now. Since Sandra took over the property she has made it so much better. She actually cares about the residents and addresses concerns immediately. She keeps the pool, playground, and dog park clean and safe. She also, host dinners and gatherings for the residents to fellowship. It's a great community to be a part of. We love Sandra and Clare!! Both are exceptional ladies. don’t do it
September 17, 2021I had mold growing out of my ac unit for a year & they wouldn’t do anything. They switched management multiple times & were so unstable they never knew what work orders had been filed. I was paying for a 2 bedroom & 2 bathroom & had a bathroom I couldn’t use because the AC unit was leaking INTO my tub. They go up in rent every 6 months even though they don’t follow up on work orders. Not worth the money at all. Overhyped & understaffed. Just move to a different town.Review from Apartments.com

February 10, 2021We love living here! It is clean, pretty, and well-maintained. Office assistance is helpful and kind. Management has been understanding and informative. I am grateful for the ease of online rent pay and even maintenance requests. We have a 3 bedroom and it’s large for an apartment. This is close to stores we use most and a pharmacy/gas stations/ service stations and plenty of restaurants. It’s also close to my work and my kids. The staff is very polite and professional, and the maintenance staff responds to my needs in a timely manner.
