WASP AND SCORPION INFESTATION
July 13, 2023If you value your sanity, DO NOT MOVE HERE. We have had nothing but problems since the day we were handed our keys. This place is infested by wasps, just one cursory glance at any of the buildings will provide evidence of this, but the worst is buildings 18 and 19. The Pest control company that we pay for with rent is A JOKE. I’ve never met people who do their job less than this pest control company. Office staff and manager has tried to make pest control do something, but it’s been like ...pulling teeth and they’re tired of dealing with it. I’m tired of it too and I wish I could give up as they seem to be doing. But I can’t. I live here. With about 30 wasps INSIDE my bedroom in the past month and a half. There is also a scorpion infestation!! We’ve only been here two months and have already had to deal with several scorpions. Last night, there was a baby one in my living room. We could not even sleep in our own apartment!! I am so afraid every single day! I have had no peace of mind since moving in. I’ve talked to and visited the office dozens of times now, and all I hear back is “we’re still waiting on a response from the pest control company.” The pest control company can not help you. They are NOT equipped to deal with a serious pest issue. They showed up with a rickety ladder and a stick to take care of the wasp infestation, left without knocking down the nests, and then LIED to the leasing office and said they took care of the problem. Wonderful Apartment Complex!
September 19, 2022Wonderful apartments! I am currently in another state and was so glad they had virtual tours on their website and plenty of pictures. I called and worked with a leasing agent named Ashly and she was amazing. She had great customer service, answered my questions, was very kind and went far and beyond. July 3, 2022Buyer beware! They switched my move in date almost two weeks before my move in (through email, no phone call). I put my deposit down months in advance! I already had movers booked. They pushed it back 30 more days with the possibility of another 4 weeks on top of that. Then they tried to sell me a more expensive apartment, that I had to sign for asap, so I could make my original move in date. Can't even guarantee move-in on time
June 8, 2022My partner and I applied to this property in mid April and were told that our move-in date would be July 8. In early June we were told that our move-in date would have to be pushed back a week to July 15 in order for the city to complete its inspections. After a conversation with the property manager to plan around what our options might be if the move-in date were pushed back again, we were told that they could make "no guarantees" despite us having made arrangements for our leases to be assumed ...and movers already booked. This place is totally untrustworthy and will try to sell you a unit that hasn't even been properly inspected and delay your move-in date potentially indefinitely without any support. I strongly discourage renting here. I haven't even had the chance to live here yet and it has been beyond frustrating. My partner and I still have no idea when we'll actually be able to move in and they won't tell us anything. Save yourself a headache and look elsewhere.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
