March 5, 2026Everything about High Point on Overland has honestly been okay, the only glaring flaw is the lack of available parking, and lack of designation for extra or 'overflow' parking, and instead, being forced to 'guess' where parking is acceptable or not, and then having my vehicle towed and having to deal with that extreme inconvenience and the fees applied from it as well. If there was more accommodating parking, or at the very least, more clear parking policies and enforcement (when its actually ...applied) isnt as cutthroat, it would be a thing I would recommend. But due to the constant fear of threat of vehicle towing due to ambiguous parking policy outside of the standard spaces, I wouldn't recommend it to others.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

February 13, 2026These apartments are really nice but not luxury. The kitchen has been a life saver for us due to complicated diets and having to cook all our own meals. The maintenance team keeps on top of things well and the management has been excellent, I'm excited and a little nervous about getting new management, but so far they seem promising. The rent is a little high but as a medical school student it is worth paying a little more to be close to ICOM. I would highly recommend to a small family starting ...medical school! The community has been nice, especially the Church of Jesus Christ of later day saints! There are definitely cheaper places out there, but for the location and the environment of highpoint it is worth paying a little more for. If the rent was any higher you can find homes for the same price so be sure to check if prices have gone up! Other than that I love living here and have made really good friends and don't plan on moving for the next 4 to 7 years depending on medical school, residency and price changes!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

May 19, 2020f I could give a 0 I would. Only good thing about this place is the location!! HORRIBLE MANAGMENT COMPANY!!! DO NOT RENT!! Management was good when Brittany was there and the minute she left it went downhill fast. They don’t regulate trash so dumpsters are ALWAYS full and trash is ALWAYS flying around and all over the ground. They even ALLOW Trash to sit outside apartments for WEEKS at a time just piling up!! It’s AGAINST the rules and the second I complained a lease regulation was placed on MY ...door and account. The manager HATES if you complain about the way things are done and gets nasty if you point it out!(I have emails to prove it!) upon move out we were flagrantly charged for “stains” on the carpet and for heavy duty cleaning when there was no such staining and we cleaned the apartment before handing in the keys(pictures taken as proof) and we were also charged for a full month of tv/cable when we moved out on the 10th!! Unethical Corporation Don't Contract a Lease With Them
March 5, 2020If you sign a lease with them they will make you pay for additional non-rent items that aren't needed which inflates the rent price. They then will not return the over-payment of rent that you pay. In addition if you clean the apartment better than they leased it to you they will tell you that you haven't paid enough rent even though you have overpaid and then use that as a justification not to return your deposit. If you don't mind paying inflated rent and forfeiting your deposit then sign a ...lease. This is an Arizona corporation taking advantage of unsuspecting Idahoans. Very accomdating
July 13, 2017I have been living here for 6 months and I love it! It is a non-smoking property which is fantastic - no smoking anywhere; common areas, pool area, balconies, it's so refreshing to be able to sit outside on my balcony or go to the pool without having to smell smoke. It's pet friendly and they have waste disposal areas placed around the complex for ease of accessibility so there is no reason to have waste around the complex. You have the option of renting a heated garage which was fantastic ...when it was so cold outside - the garage was at a constant 65 degrees. The clubhouse is very spacious with a large fire place and table to entertain. In fact, I'm having friends over for a BBQ this weekend and we'll be in the clubhouse. I've had no issues with my apartment except for a screen that blew off of my window in a wind storm and a door that was sticking. Both of these problems were fixed within a couple of days. I love the gym and because of the 24 hour access I've been able to cancel my old gym membership. I am fortunate enough to have a third floor apartment so I've got vaulted ceilings and a 2 bedroom apartment which is very spacious. I can't say enough how much I love my place. In fact a couple of my friends are selling their houses to live here. If you don't have kids, it's really the way to go - no maintenance, comes with a washer and dryer, quick responding maintenance, close to everything and a very quiet community.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

February 13, 2017They are holding a rent overpayment from their auto-pay system from after my lease ending. Now that I have moved I CANNOT EVEN GET THEM ON THE PHONE. No check as they promised. It has been over a MONTH.
