We did a short term lease here at High Pointe Apartments from March to June of 2014. Initial meeting went well, and we weren't being very picky because we were just looking for a place to stay until our new house was completed. Cindy Christian was our primary point of contact before, during, and after our lease. The model apartment shown was fairly nice although dated. She told us the apartment we would have wasn't available yet but was the same as the model and backed to a grassy area. When we
...moved in, our grassy area was actually a bunch of river rock and air conditioning units. The carpet, fixtures, door knobs, blinds, virtually EVERYTHING in these apartments are as low quality as you can get. Walls are also extremely thin, we could hear our neighbors above us speaking in general conversation to the point where we could hear every word they were saying. So if you're looking for privacy, opt elsewhere. Once we moved out, we received a bill for damage to walls and carpet which was completely bogus. Overall pretty poor experience for over 1K per month. Do Not Recommend!
