Poor customer service skills.
June 3, 2022I applied for a apartment. I was denied the apartment after waiting 3 weeks for someone to get back to me. I meet all the criteria to lease at High Point and basically was told I would get the apartment. I was approved by a number of other apartment sites and I’m on waiting lists I’ve emailed High Point numerous times asking them what was the reason I was declined for. Couldn’t even call me back.
