Nice place, office is of no help whatsoever
August 26, 2024We just moved in 8/7 and it’s a nice complex/apartment floor plan. The process for rental initially was great. Move in and getting help since move in has been horrible. Apartment was not clean, lots of repairs needed. Maintenance great, office not so much.Property Manager Responded

Horrible
November 27, 2020Never got my deposit. Laundry room is permanently broken or under repair. Swimming pool is under "renovation" for the whole season. They were keeping my package with job offer for the month in the office not telling me they have it. Package left on the porch was stolen. I can keep going and going. Additionally, we have a package locker system that all packages are placed in for residents where they are notifiied immediately by text and email and we do not accept packages at the office.
