Roaches and bedbug heaven
November 12, 2023The roaches are out of control and bedbugs spread from one apartment to the next. Pest control sprays every month but it’s as if they are doing nothing. The roaches are bad. They treat apartments fir bedbugs and the bugs just move to another apartment. They closed the pool, don’t offer dishwashers and keep raising rent. All your food has to be kept sealed in plastic bags. It’s not fit for a dog.Review from Apartments.com

December 24, 2021I'm not this type of person... Over the course of 2020-2021 the issue has become progressively worse. I've emptied my drawers and cupboards, stacked all of my dishes on a shelf away from the kitchen, stopped using the stove/oven, lost my microwave and toaster oven. I have to sweep the dead bugs up in the morning before I can walk around on the linoleum, in my kitchen and bathroom. I've bought storage bags to keep my clothes, towels and linens in while not being used. I've spent my own money on ...poisons and sticky traps which have helped a lot but since the problem isn't in my apartment, is not a solution. Management has been aware of the cause for some time as I understand,(hoarder) but has done little to resolve the issue outside of monthly pest control treatments. Its not worth what I'm paying to live like this, and when I leave I'll lose even more, because I'm afraid to take them with me. Be thorough when you come to see the place, open the cabinets, move the stove and fridge, visit the laundry room and storage rooms....Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

July 29, 2020Water is not included as advertised and residents pay for all water, inside and out. There is not a sprinkler system. Residents park old junk cars in the parking lot that take up spaces.Review from Apartments.com
