October 7, 2020Overall I enjoy living in the downtown area and the apartment complex. I have lived here for several years and the management team has changed a few times. That being said, some maintenance items have seemed less important than in the past. The laundry room is not kept clean, the washers and dryers are always dirty, and the lighting is not kept at its brightest. In addition the outside walkways and areas around the building are not swept or blown off in a timely manner and it would be nice to ...not see so much garbage, leaves, and cigarette butts around the entry way.Property Manager Responded
December 28, 2020Hello, Thank you for taking the time to give us some feedback. We are very happy to have you choose our community for your home. We do have maintenance on site five days a week and doing janitorial work around the property three days a week. This janitorial work does include the garbage outside and the laundry room along with other items. We will keep an eye to make sure theses are getting cleaned and picked up regularly.
