it has been ok but..
June 28, 2021It definitely has been through so many management teams in one year. There is mold in units and even if you preference a non-smoking/ non partying environment for yourself, it may be disregarded. My cat and I lived comfortably here, but I wouldn't recommend this place to those that are trying to settle down, or any graduates who dont want to live with loud roommatesReview from Apartments.com

August 16, 2015The rooms are a bit small, but still comfortable. They're furnished, which is great for college students; however, the bedrooms lack adequate storage space with shelves and whatnot. The office staff is friendly and helpful, and the online maintenance request system is convenient. There's a convenience fee for paying rent online rather than running a check up to the leasing office, which could be inconvenient if you're away for the summer or something. Close to Campus
July 20, 2015This apartment is really close to UTSA. Right across the street. If you don't mind a downhill walk you can walk to class, but there is a shuttle to and from UTSA that runs regularly as well.
