January 24, 2026We have roaches in our unit. Property is not well maintained, residents do not pick up after their dogs, the gate is constantly open or broken, and the units have no insulation and you can hear your neighbors even with a door sweep. July 26, 2023Where to start. Smoking in the pool area.. multiple complaints nothing done Hallways area fly infested ands stink of trash. High turnover of employees so there's no follow through Bad construction you can hear your neighbors using the bathroom... and night time activities. Yeah Trash cans by breezeway doors are not emptied regularly attracting many bugs abs rodents. Last 6 months fire alarm has gone off randomly no fire. Reached out to Partin Propeties do to complaints I had with no ...returned call. They may look nice but if they are giving away 2 months concession in rent there's a reason. October 20, 2022Great place to live full of amenities and really done well. Morgan was super helpful and knowledgeable she explained everything and answered all the questions that I had. She gave me a tour and was very detailed into the apartment itself explaining everything that they’ve put time into building the apartments. From the counters, shelves, floors and applicants. She even walked the entire building showing pointing out details. She was a great agent to work with even during the applications process ...very quick to respond.Property Manager Responded

Beautiful and Luxurious
May 10, 2022My husband and I moved in as soon as they opened and we absolutely love it!!! We have been here a couple months now and the staff is always very responsive, kind, and ready to jump in if there is anything they can help with. We love them, and are thankful to love here!!
