Quiet Area, Loud Apartments
May 17, 2023First- Isabel is great. Very nice, always with a smile and extremely responsive to emails. The unit is a little small but clean and well kept. A great view of a lake from back porch although cannot keep clean due to spaces in-between wood of upstairs neighbor's porch (dirt, rain, etc... easily comes through onto yours). Replacing with one solid piece would do wonders. Also, keep in mind that if you have any packages mailed, only if an Amazon Delivery Driver is the courier will it come to your ...door. If UPS, FedEx, or Postal Service is delivering- it will go to the office. Office not opened on Sundays and for limited hours on Saturdays. M-F is opened from 830am-6pm, so if you work during these exact hours like I do, good luck receiving your packages. The worst part is the 9-foot ceilings. While it makes the apartment appear larger it also allows for less insulation in between floors which you would find in other complexes with 8-foot ceilings. My upstairs neighbors are horrendous: always home (one might work part time), both "walk" back and forth 24 hours a day, and have a stomping pace which shakes and rattles the entire apartment ALL day and ALL night. The ceiling/floor is so thin that when they do utilize furniture, they cannot sit still so you will hear the creaking of it ALL day and ALL night vibrating through the walls and ceiling. They also have a dog that they decide to play catch with at 1am several nights a week. Obviously, these are inconsiderate neighbors but the lack of insulation between floors amplifies this issue and causes this place to be unbearable to live in. I've lived in many cheap apartments which were rarely maintained at all but I've never experienced the noise issue this badly. Therefore, I would not recommend this place if you are on the 1st or 2nd floor.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

May 15, 2023The Leasing team was very professional and helpful as I moved in. They were readily available to answer any questions or concerns I had as I was planning to move in. The place was clean and just about everything was functioning when i moved in. A couple things needed to be fixed by maintenance but it took a total of 10 minutes for them to do so and they responded quickly on the same day the request went in. The community is quiet and seems safe. The carpet, flooring, walls, and bathroom was all ...in good shape upon move in.
