Love our townhome!
July 7, 2021We have lived here for three years and we love it! The neighbors on either side of us have turned over a couple of times, but the walls must be pretty well insulated because we have never heard much noise. The maintenance team is super responsive and friendly, and the unit has been very well maintained. It doesn’t have any amenities but it is in a perfect location! The Hudsonville nature center is just steps outside your front door, and you are only minutes from food and shopping. Super ...convenient highway trip to the local mall. We were originally on a waitlist for a unit here and I’m so glad we stuck it out until one became available. This has been a wonderful place to call home!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Nice place to live but be persisitent
September 24, 2015Lived here two years. Moved out 09/2015. Be persistent on getting appliances fixed. Multiple work orders and problems still not remedied (hot water heater/dryer). They came out but could not fix issue. Air Conditioner was old and would not properly cool house had to use window unit. Get prices of repairs before move out. Not much for kids to do, no playground. Kids are suppose to stay out of street and ride bikes on sidewalks. Great place for couples or singles without children. Overall it was ...a place to live. Great Townhomes
July 30, 2015These townhomes are spacious and pretty affordable. I love that there are laundry facilities in the basement. There are some units that are remodeled which are slightly more expensive but they're so nice! All the neighbors keep it pretty quiet despite some of them having children or pets. Overall, it's been a great place to live in. Another bonus, Highbrook is tucked away but it's very close to the highway so getting most places (grocery stores, restaurants, etc) is quick and easy.Review from Apartments.com
