Love love love it here!
February 12, 2026I have been living at Highfield Madison for over a year now. The assistant manager, Tiara always goes above and beyond any time I need anything. Doug is also amazing and whenever I put in a maintenance request he is very responsive. Tina keeps the grounds in tip top shape, you can always see her on the grounds picking up trash. I don’t plan on leaving this community, it truly feels like HOME. Thank you! The resident events are also amazing!Property Manager Responded

Loving my living
February 11, 2026I wouldn't give Highfield Madison anything else besides a 5-star review. I absolutely love living here. My husband, fur babies, and myself have been here for over a year now and we definitely made the right choice. The office staff from the Manager Sarai, the Assistant Manager Tiara, and the Leasing Agents Dan and Brooke are all superb. We also get to enjoy all the luxurious amenities that the community offers. This is my first community that offers events for us attend on a monthly basis. When ...I came to Madison from Atlanta, I didn't know that I would be so in love with my living arrangements! February 4, 2026I absolutely love living at Highfield Apartments! From the staff to the amenities, this community truly feels like home. The team here is amazing—huge shout-out to Dan, who is always friendly, helpful, and genuinely cares about residents. The new manager has also been doing a fantastic job keeping everything running smoothly and creating such a welcoming environment. Maintenance is top-notch—requests are handled quickly, efficiently, and professionally, both inside the apartment and throughout ...the property, which brings so much peace of mind. Highfield is also very pet-friendly, which I love, and the amenities are incredible: a beautiful pool, grill stations, cozy fireplace/lounge area, a 24/7 gym, a movie/entertainment room with a pool table, and valet trash (such a bonus!). The property is always clean and well-maintained, and my apartment is comfortable, thoughtfully designed, and truly feels like home. I love Highfield Madison

One thing that has stood out to me is the events we have here to connect with other people and to share memories with our kids, friends, and family! We love Highfield!
September 19, 2025My husband and I have been living at Highfield for a little over a year. We were among some of the first people to move in. Dan allowed us to choose exactly where we wanted and we have loved it ever since. Also, we have not gotten to speak with Adam much, but we have seen him in the office many late nights. He really does care about this community and its residents. Great Community
September 18, 2025Adam is THE BEST property manager you could ask for. He cares and it shows in his interactions with his residents and seeing him stay after hours to make sure our community looks clean. I can't tell you how many times I have seen him walking the property with a blower after the office closes to ensure cleanliness. He is always willing to help. Maintenance requests are taken seriously and responded to promptly. We are buying a house soon, but we have thoroughly enjoyed our time here.
