Ongoing Rodent Infestation

We have been tenants at Highgate since January 2025, and for the past two months, we’ve been living with an active mouse infestation.
Despite repeated emails, it took some badgering to receive follow-up. The exterminator visits once and month and we had to beg maintenance to seal holes throughout the apartment. Unfortunately, these efforts have been entirely ineffective.

both bedrooms. Droppings are regularly found in the kitchen and dining area, confirming that we’ve been eating and sleeping in a contaminated environment for weeks.
This is unsanitary and deeply uncomfortable. While we recognize that the infestation may not be Kriegan & Smith’s direct fault, the response has been inadequate.
Attached are photos of droppings and a mouse we caught in our own trap today, as the building’s pest control measures have failed to resolve the issue.
