May 3, 2025The dog park is awesome! Neighborhood is safe and convenient to highway and stores! Neighbors are super friendly! Maintenance is nice they just need more of them which is not their fault owners need to hire more staff. Grounds look good for the most part some dog owners need to pick up after their dogs. February 28, 2025We’ve lived here for about a year and love it!! It’s super quiet which is very nice we lived in the older apartments which is located in a nice neighborhood that has a community park and great walking trails. The apartment itself is an older but they have updated most of them which is very nice. My main complaint would be that the windows are older and the seals are cracked so it lets in cold are in the winter. Other than that we love it!!!Review from Apartments.com

January 27, 2025The apartment space is relatively generous- could use more storage. The upkeep of the complex is hit and miss. If you live in Phase 2 which is hidden from main roads you see less care with appearance. There seems to be a lack of maintenance and no regular upkeep of the grounds out side of lawn mowing and occasional landscaping. The residents frequently do not pick up after their dogs - but the cans that are provided for waste are rarely emptied and often left with piles of bags around them. ...This is the same for the dumpsters which just lets trash flow everywhere Communication around concerns is also hit and miss and inconsistent. December 1, 2024I LOVE this place! Very quiet, safe neighborhood. Buildings on the hill (1400’s) are older but definitely the place to be. They are renovating each unit as tenants move out, so they’ll be brand new. The forest behind you is gorgeous, especially in the spring/summer and anytime there’s snow. Balcony/back deck overlooks the forest and is such a nice view. Covered parking spots, washer and dryer hookups plus machines available to rent, 24/7 gym (it’s small but it beats dealing with Planet Fitness), ...there’s a pool, they have community events, pet friendly area with lots of places to walk dogs and enjoy nature. Front desk is super friendly, no loud neighbors and everyone is super friendly. For the cost this place is incredible! It has its quirks but I love it. I highly recommend back of loop 1400’s (1401, 1403, 05, 07, etc…). Either way, all the units are awesome. I love living here! Do yourself a favor and tour a unit on the hill.
