Safe considerate community
November 1, 2022I have had zero concerns for personal and property safety. The office is staffed by kind and considerate individuals; I have always been addressed by name upon entering. The maintenance staff is proficient and attends to issues promptly. The tenants are respectful and maintain a peaceful community. Don't move here
August 30, 2022Can't get anything fixed, we never have a maintenance man, they charge you to replace the light you can't reach, horrible neighbors all the time, carpet ruined because of water tank, and because I have a dog that stays in the kennel they refused to move me to a smaller apartment because they said the dog ruined the carpet even though I paid deposit for apartment and dog and would have had to again on the smaller one, the charge flat fee on water whether you use that much or not, half the time the ...gate doesn't work..Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Not luxury apartments
July 8, 2016First it started with our neighbors. Everyone has complained to management and the cops have been called twice and still management has done nothing. We had requested new carpet before moving in and they refused. We see everyone getting new carpet around us. Now we have a bigger issue with bed bugs that we know we didn't cause. perfect location, only down side needs more parking or assigned parking
August 14, 2015i have lived here with my man, my daughter and my sister in the 3bed room appartment for 2 yrs never had major maintance issues and the few we did have were always fixed with in 3 days i talked to the appartment complex and paid a pet fee for one dog and told them i would be fostering one puppy at a time until we found one we couldnt let go and they were so understanding just said when we decided on one we were keeping to just give them the info of the dog and they would add it to the ...file they also let me have a pair of breeding show bunnies i kept on the patio in a hutch...3 other appartment places said that wasnt aloud it was only for bikes or patio furniture my only complaints is theres a bar acrossed the street and sometimes they get loud and u could hear them in my appartment , also had an issue with one of my male neighbor who wanted to tan in a speedo on my front lawn and i have a 3yr old i didnt want her seeing all that so i had to call the office on him 5times and there cloest dumpster to my building was 3 blocks away and finally PARKING!!! if you got home after 2 pm you were not going to find a parking spot many people has to park acrossed the street at the hampton in if they get home after 8pm the whole place will be completely full.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
