I have only been here for 6 days. The grounds are well kept. It's very quiet so far in the building that I live in , therefore I am very happy with that. My move in was off to a slow start due to work orders that had to be filled upon my arrival, however I am happy with my apartment. My interaction with the staff has been good. Lastly, I am grateful!

The area at highland hills is very beautiful. The landscaping always looks good. It’s always quiet, no matter what time of the day it is. The pool is also nice.

Good neighborhood, clean, and quiet. It could be better with improved amenities and free access to club house. I’d still recommend Highland Hills for people newly moving to Dothan, AL. Fast Maintenance and nice staff.

Highland Hills Apartments in Dothan has been a great place to live. The apartment is really nice and spacious, with plenty of room to spread out and feel comfortable. One of my favorite features is the screened-in porch—it’s such a relaxing bonus space. The staff has also been welcoming and friendly from the start, which makes a big difference and adds to the overall positive experience.

The apartment is quiet because of the area where we are. I would recommend Others to stay here. The only downside is the bugs (Specifically roaches)in the apartment. We are pretty clean but upon moving in we noticed that the bugs were a problem to start with.

I definitely like it out here very peaceful I like it a lot and I would like to know what internet providers do y'all allow or use out here when you have time will you send me a email so I can get one to come out and put me in the game lol. But overall I like the loft it's very and I love the screen in balcony I love that I have my own everything and it's so nice and comfortable here thanks again for the opportunity.

Lived here for a few years and it was fine until I had a noisy neighbor move in next door. Continuous noise, playing loud thumping music I could hear everywhere in my apt at all hours, 10 pm, 2 am, 4 am, noon, didn't matter and complaining about it accomplished exactly nothing. The prices were high compared to the old units, dated appliances, and occasional a/c outage, but not being able to sleep and not having anyone do anything about it was the worst. Look elsewhere.
