Been here a year and there's a consistent roach problem that's never been properly dealt with. They've had someone spray once since I moved in (we complained far more than once but whatever) and there was literally no improvement. lots of issues with neighbors who we don't know trying to enter our unit, left two messages with the staff and never got a call back. They're raising rents here to be closer to market rate with the other apartment complexes in highland Park and I'm honestly astonished, ...

because literally the only selling point to this place was price and location and at this point you can get something in a better location with better maintenance for less than 100$ more, so prospective residents, please consider that. I moved in at a point when not much was on the market and I had very little time to be picky, if you're in a more flexible position than I was, for the love of God, stay away

My vehicle has been vandalized 4 times while sitting in the parking lot i can no longer leave my car where i live. Staff has done nothing about the issue. Ive been repeatedly harrassed by another resident. Staff has done nothing to fix the issue. Very large Cockaroaches are in the apartments. Kitchens are small. Neighbors upstairs are loud. Hallways could be cleaner. Doors to the building are consistently left unlocked. Neighborhood rifraff ask for money and cigarettes on a daily basis. Rent is ...
