January 31, 2025All of the maintenance and property managers at Highland Manor. Apartments are very kind and helpful. This is a very nice community to live in. I really like how quickly they respond when we need help with things that might be breaking such as there was a leak yesterday and they responded within an hour and fixed it.. A Great Place To Live
June 27, 2021Being a resident from Maryland needing to get closer to my parents and find a great school for my daughter's. I couldn't have found a better place to live. I've been a resident for almost a year. Since living here there has been two different sets of contracts ( landlords) honestly our current Landlord Ms. Kim has been freaking awesome. There are qualities that she's demonstrate everyday no matter a problem or a regular day. She communicates with me on a timely fashion. Her and maintenance have ...shown RESPECT as well as Professionalism, appropriate distance and DEFINITE FLEXIBILITY . I couldn't ask for a better understanding landlord as herself. Fixed my shower issue entirely
January 26, 2018I'm a (2 yr.) resident at Highland Manor. The maintenance folks were alerted to an issue with my shower. Of course, the issue never presented when they were present. But after investigating further, they fixed the issue quickly & with little disruption in my routine. Now, the shower works wonderfully.
