Cheap, walking distance to UTK, and nice space
June 14, 2022Honestly, these apartments are stellar for the price. You're walking distance from the campus, you're right next door to a corner market, and the apartments are very cute and have nice natural light (if you're not on the basement floor). The new management is kind of garbage (their website is terrible and the laundry room has been an absolute mess for months now) but you do get access to a pool, so there are tradeoffs.Review from Apartments.com
