February 23, 2026The best parts of living at Highland Park Atlanta are the wonderful staff (Manager and Assistant) and the relatively peaceful setting. Central location is also a plus, as we are with 15 minutes to everything we need. However, the maintenance of our apartment on moving in was concerning. We spent a full day cleaning cabinets, floors, etc. of previous tenant(s) dirt, clogged drains full of hair, grease in oven drawer. We submitted list of maintenance items needing attention from property staff, ...majority of which have not been addressed a week later, including a leaking toilet. We are sure things will improve. We are so appreciative of management staff who have made us feel welcome.Property Manager Responded

We love the spacious apartment, friendly staff, the great amenities, and the other residents are so friendly, making us feel right at home. It’s a wonderful community well located in Sandy Springs which has so very much to offer. I have so many people here who started off as neighbors that I now consider friends.
