June 3, 2020My wife and I spent 2 years with HPCA and would’ve stayed longer if we didn’t purchase a home. The apartments are beautiful and very fairly priced. Utilities included is a great peace of mind. The staff is very friendly, responsive, and overall wonderful. Any time anything needed repairing they were very prompt. The neighbors are all friendly and great to be around. We never had any issues with late night noises, partying, or anything like that. Grounds and amenities are beautifully maintained. ...We especially liked the pool, BBQs, gym, and the secured package room. Two bus stops on the 71a line make commuting into Oakland/Downtown a breeze. Quiet neighborhood, but still close to lots of shopping and restaurants. July 27, 2015This is a great apartment with an affordable price. The amenities within the complex are wonderful! It's very pet friendly and management takes extreme pride in the presentation of the complex. There is a pool, gym, garden, dog park, gazebo, and a ton of space to walk around within the complex.
