Highland Pointe was very accommodating when the start date for my job changed. They were able to speed up my move in date and were very responsive to the changes I needed.

We love living in Highland Pointe. Jeff, our property manager was very informative, helpful and patient when it came to helping us find the right space to call home. He took us to a few of the properties owned by Dolan. We ultimately decided on Highland Pointe because of the price, location and design of the townhome. It is a very quiet & friendly community. So happy we get to call it home!

My husband and I are renting a Dolan Townhouse on Tanglewood Rd. They’ve been super friendly and responsive with any questions. The townhouse could be better maintained by management - when we moved in there were minor damages and several areas on the walls that could easily be touched up. Maintenance was very responsive and friendly but a little frustrating that we had to even reach out about these things. The layout of the 3 bedroom is a little awkward as the master bath is way too small for ...

We really enjoy living at Highland Pointe. The apartments are new and modern and so spacious. The huge garage, perfect deck with nice (and entertaining) views. It was the perfect blank slate for our furnishings and life.
