A humble community
June 28, 2023Before moving in I was scared cause I saw the reviews about roaches. I rented for 2 years and I’m moving out of the city now which is why my lease is ended … for two years I had no bugggs …. This leads me to believe that those that may have them are probably not great house keeper. You invite bugs when you don’t clean. The office staff was very helpful and maintenance responded to all of my repair request in a reasonable time …. ROACH INFESTATION
August 19, 2022When touring the place, they showed us a model apartment, which of course looked great. When we got our keys and walked into our new apartment we saw dozens of roaches in each room in the middle of the day. We have been dealing with this infestation for months now with no end in sight. We're incredibly careful to not leave any food out or unsealed but despite our best efforts in addition to professional pest control, cockroaches are everywhere. November 8, 2015Ive been living at Highland Ridge since July. Was kinda nervous about moving into a older complex compared to where i have lived in the past but all in all the place isnt that bad. I feel that they should have people get rid of their broken down vehicles and make more parking for others but thats not my business I assume.
