Highly would NOT recommend, especially if you have little ones. Our unit was constantly hot boxed or we would walk through our front door and just smell weed. We made numerous complaints for 7-8 months until they let us cut our lease early by 2 months, no penalty. The assistant manager didn’t have an ounce of compassion and because of that and them allowing the continuous behavior of our neighbor, we left. We will never recommend this place to anyone.

I really like how nice office staff is and how ready to help maintenance is. I like the openess between the kitchen into the dining room and living room. I hate feeling isolated while I'm cooking and here I can see my family and interact with them while I'm still in the kitchen. A lot of people hate carpet and the third floor but I love the peacefulness and view from up here and the carpet is incredibly soft and clean. I look forward to living here a long time.

The staff here is FANTASTIC! I have lived here for a few years and this place from outdated to updated with the new company. They have been updating the area with a way better color, new stairs, and remodeling the club house with a better gym. I love the play area for my children and the pool with a splash pad! Price is very reasonable considering the economy we are in now and the fact I have walk in closets in every room, open floor plan, and vinyl flooring makes in impossible for me to look ...

Don't live here. They did not change the locks in my apt before I moved in as I found a key in one of the kitchen drawers. The key I found still worked along with the keys I was given. Management just said the locks were changed and basically called me a liar. If you live in the buildings off of highland ridge Dr, you're in a flood zone, but they won't disclose that information. The buildings flooded and every car in the lot was totaled.

Run Before You Sign!

This apartment complex is incredibly overpriced for how cheap it is. The drawer to my bathroom vanity is falling apart, the place was a mess on move in day, and I've had so many bug issues it's disgusting. There have been beetles, cockroaches, and ladybugs all over. They won't do anything when you send in a work order other than "fix" it, make a mess, and have to come back and "fix" it again later. There was food in the dishwasher from the previous tenant when I moved in, no doorknob to my master ...

bedroom, and the master bathtub was covered in dirt and leftover flooring pieces from the new floors installed. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Not very spacious. Everything in them is cheap! They are alot more expensive than they should be. The amenities are cheap as well and they don't offer alot. The gym barely has any useful equipment and the pools are always dirty!

Day of move in-- Apt Complex is undergoing external painting. Equipment and trash all over parking lot. Over spray all over everything, apt. is on 3rd floor- handrails torn of staircases, lawn overgrown, pet feces all over lawn areas, trash area overflowing- garbage all over ground along with broken glass. Apt. patio was full of pigeon feces- almost 4 inches deep, family of pigeons living on deck- UN-usable, however, it only took a week to get corrected..Sarcasm. Walls dinged up prior to us, main ...

carpet stained, master toilet not working properly, as well as several light bulbs burned out. Area is nice, off the main road, residential neighborhood, quiet and seems to be pretty safe-crime safe to this point. Has a basketball court, volleyball, and nice field for kids to play in, just needs more attention given to the parking areas and overall cleanliness and appearance to outside. Now with all that said, some minor-some major, however- we booked this residence well in advance- 4 weeks, yet upon arrival- still have issues. Poor planning or attention to detail in preparation of new tenant move in, and as for the painting and all that goes with it-- well..they have been on the same building for 3 weeks, only 9 more to go. The apt. itself is not to bad, average, its the support staff and management that has me undecided at this point. Thankfully with my line of work, I only rent my apartments for half a year at a time.

The apartment is spacious and has a lot of closet spaces. Has a pool, gym, theater, and a kids playground all next to each other makes it easy to get to! There is also basketball courts and volleyball court. The apts are 2 or 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Large balcony some with storage pet friendly and have washer and dryers in each unit. Would recommend this apt to anyone who is looking it's on the out skirts of town so quiet and peaceful neighborhood.
